Use the tools that you already have... don't restrict others

Draschel: I don't think players necessarily want artillery banned. Most players think 1 artillery per side per match is fine. As WG commonly points out, many players do actually play artillery, and these players would not want their investment gone. Many players would enjoy artillery as optional. Sort of like Encounter/Assault/Grand Battles can be check-boxed on/off. Or how you can turn off undesired maps in your queue. WG seems to be getting closer and closer with perhaps one day giving us the option, seeing their recent Modern Armor release, who knows maybe PC will get that soon too. The problem I have with these pro-artillery supporters and advocacy, are that majority of them are from players that quite frankly do not understand the game. They do not understand the unfair problems that artillery poses, as a class. Advocacy really needs to come from an understanding, knowledgeable advocate, rather than an ignorant incomprehensive one.
