Hunter... Yep, that is a great idea. WG proposed those
exact changes years ago. Was shot down by the forums and
backlash from people who whined that their prem ammo was being
nerfed and how it was terrible for the game. Draschel: only works if they nerf frontal armor to include legitimate
weakspots. The two (ammo re-balance/weakspot implementation) need
to be done at the same moment.
