p.43 bis not getting experience

Draschel: When you elite a tank, *insert patch where no such tech tree existed* you get the option of accelerate crew training. If you check boxed it, you won't gain any tank exp. if there is a new line introduced at the vehicle, it still maintains that your tank is elite status, and does not automatically remove-click accelerate crew training. You need to do it manually.
