Why did they "buff" the Tiger's gun?

Draschel: Tiger has low mobility. I t cannot fully utilize a medium flank, and will struggle there even if it does have the gun for it. Comparing the ability to cross terrain types, HP/T....Tiger is woefully short when you look at other heaviy tanks like A45, Skoda, Carro, 45TP, AMXM4, IS tank. This is important, because medium tank flanks are about position and awareness, and Tiger will take massive damage trying to get to these positions.  I know tier 7 doesn't really have good examples like 8,9,10 - but when you look at fast heavy tanks like WZ1115A, 277, 260 or even E75TS, Renegade, Patriot you will notice the stark difference in HP/T. Tiger never goes its top speed, despite it actually being fine. This is a huge liability,
