By the way, IS7, 268 V 4, 430U are tech tree, free tanks to acquire and don't require paying. What kind of nonsense are you implying? You wanted examples of tech tree tanks, and got them. I didn't list one premium.  Also, Tier 8 examples of fast flexibility exist as well.  274A, CS52 Lis. Heavy tanks? Caernarvon AX, Patriot, Renee, 50TP. Sure all of these are premiums, but even tech tree ones exist like IS3, 53TP, T44.  Most the ground you encounter in world of tanks, is a medium terrain. Thereby, T28 on average crosses terrain and traverses, quicker. How don't you understand that?  Ferdinands casemate armour is 210~AP effective. The T28 proto offers square cheeks of 215~AP effective, the upper cheeks to the side are 235, and the lower jawbone cheeks are 190. While yes, those are weaker, the great majority of the height of the vehicle, is better protected. The lower jawbone areas are quite small. Though Proto can't side scrape because of low side armour, Ferdinand can't at all because of no turret. Flexibility is key. Proto has stronger hull, LFP. Did you just say ferdinand has a turret?  People hate EBRs for many reasons. They alter the game. It doesn't mean no light tanks exist except EBR. And it doesn't mean that camo is dead because of EBR.   I am sorry, but this isn't civil. It isn't just me, many people in this exact room think you are dubious at best. This is dangerous, because as a CC, you spread nonsense and dis-information, instead of being genuine, meta-game oriented, constructive, informative, useful. That is a responsibility, not an entitlement to grasp. You wanted tech tree examples, and you got them. All of them are better than Ferdinand. Ferdinand has a gun, sure. So does every other tier 8 TD except british ones, or pref ones. Pieces of crap like WZ111G and AC48 mle have great guns too, would these be vehicles to recommend people play? Oh, and in addition, I think you need to work on your interpretation.  Of many things, especially concerning stats. I am not saying places like Wotguru or Tanks GG are bad, heck no quite contrary, they are useful. But you aren't using them in useful ways, but are rather misinterpreting what you see.
