[GUIDE] If HE changes come to live.....

Draschel:  So you think its nice for KV2 or OI, to sit in a corner, and splash an enemies track 200m away in front of them at their corner, for 300 damage? While the enemy has to aim and hit them? I am not saying the HE changes are perfect, and the best solution, but it is a noticeable step up from the stupidity currently in the game. HE should be clutch. Not a crutch.
