Panther II - Why didn't this get buffed with it's successors?

Draschel: There are worse tier 8 tanks out there. Not that panther II is good, but trust me far worse out there.Panther II has been buffed twice. It gained the L100 88 years ago, definitely a buff. And just recently in the E50M line over haul, it got the 280/370 damage rework.Oddly, panther II was nerfed as well. It apparently lost the 5mm side skirt, Panther 88 and Jag panther II have it still. Does that mean much? Heck no
