DomoSapien: Our customer support team can help you run some connection diagnostics and potentially help you identify where the connection issue might be occurring. I haven't heard any widespread reports of connection issues, so maybe there is no problem with your home network but an issue with how your traffic is being routed to our servers by your ISP.
