Wargaming... good marketing and PR won't do any good if WG

things but I am definitely keeping an eye out for feedback in that
regarding and stressing several of these points in sentiment
reports about the event. Nobody anticipated a big mixup like this
and the resolution was taxing on our existing tools. Several
workarounds were tried before we were able to identify a functional
solution.
I am happy to stress in said sentiment reports that many affected players are dissatisfied with the resolution, as potential credits were missed-out-on during that timeframe.
To be real with you for just a moment - I may work for WoT but I was a player long before I started working here. It's not like I don't understand why you're frustrated or I'm 100% cool with how things have shaken out so far. Gathering your feedback and advocating on your behalf is quite literally part of my job description and I'm more than happy to do it. I can't make any promises about immediately being able to fix the things you're providing us feedback about but passing that feedback on is very much in my wheelhouse.

Sarcasm aside (albeit your sarcasm is justified) I would certainly hope that the shards aren't delivered in September 2022 because they would be functionally useless at that point. Without going too far into internal details, there were several situations that sort of stacked up to exacerbate the delays - bit of a perfect storm of technical issues and other factors.
Additionally, Tragic is constantly watching Reddit - even on her days off. Boop is constantly watching the forums, even on his days off. Jambi is constantly on Discord, as am I, on our days off. My Discord DMs are literally always open - I have Discord on my phone and get notifications for all my DMS - and if something is urgent, you can bet we're getting back to you or at least looking into it, same day.
