If you're continuing to experience technical issues, it may be worth checking out the information that Churchill50 linked above, and it also may be worth submitting a technical support ticketto our Customer Support team. They can assist you with running some packet traces to our servers and potentially help identify if the issue is occurring on our end, your end, or somewhere in between.

From what I've heard, the new server has been generally more stable but any complaints of stuttering and lag are always worth investigating, in my opinion.
