For starters, please make sure to submit support tickets to get the ball rolling on that; tickets are answered in the order received so please bear with our support staff in the meantime. To be proactive, you can run a WGCheck and create a wgcheck reportto attach to your support ticket.
Additionally, you can run a DxDiag and attach that as well. Finally, to go above and beyond so to speak and provide as much information as possible (this will get that out of they way so there is less potential back and forth) attach a Pingplotter report to your ticket as well.
