I recommend enabling your replays because replay evidence is always the most effective for proving that mission conditions were completed.
Additionally, please try the following steps just so we can eliminate some potential outliers (this applies to everyone so apologies for redundancy)
1) Restart your game client
2) Make sure you are logged into the USC server
3) Make sure you have replays enabled
4) Run a client integrity check
5) Run the client in safe mode, then attempt to replicate. You can run in safe mode by clicking the little dropdown arrow next to the orange play button in WGC
Another potential question: Can y'all log into SA server, check and see if you've made progress towards Carnival missions? It may be that you got punted to SA server by auto-select and made some progress on Carnival, getting locked out of Mardi Gras in the process?
