[ST] Update 1.7.1 - Double-Barreled Vehicles, Equipment Demount kits

DomoSapien: Tankers,  We've got a host of exciting new features slated for update 1.7.1.
Today's Supertest kicked off with the new Soviet Dual-Barreled line starting at tier VIII with the IS-2 II and culminating at the Tier X ST-II.

Additionally we're testing a new quality-of-life feature on Supertest: Equipment Demount kits. These kits drop randomly in the reward for merit and allow you to dismount one piece of Complex Equipment without paying 10 Gold.
