DomoSapien: Looking at your ticket, it appears that the coupon is something
automated on our end and the Customer Support representative
offered you the following workaround:
Complete another purchase on the premium shop, making sure to apply the Tee Shirt coupon this time around, and reply to your ticket indicating you have done so, at which point the second purchase will be refunded and you will receive your link for a free tee shirt on Amazon from the second purchase, having applied the coupon.
I probably should have prefaced that by saying that I am not super-well-versed on how the Amazon merch store works, but I do know that the shirts are made to order by Amazon and Customer Support doesn't have the ability to generate these free shirt links on their end. Hence the need for a duplicate purchase + applying the coupon to the purchase in order to generate that link. We really don't have a reason to keep your free shirt from you - fun fact about these shirts is that we make almost no money from the sales. The price just barely covers the production cost - the point of selling this merch is to build brand awareness and promote World of Tanks in NA. So by keeping this shirt from you we would effectively be shooting ourselves in the foot because we're missing out on potential advertising in the form of you wearing your new World of Tanks tee.
Feel free to PM me if you have any concerns about this workaround, I'd be happy to talk to CS and ask them for details. I *think* that what I described above is how it works, insofar as the coupon is needed as a form of 'webhook' to 'trigger' the action on the backend that generates + sends you a link to the Amazon store.
