DomoSapien: Alrighty folks, it's been a tough round of deliberation because
there are lots of quality memes. I'd even go so far as to call them
'dank.' The dankest m4 'Improved' meme goes
to.... FrontenacDuVandoo!
You'll be receiving the M4 'Improved' + Tank Festival Style!
There were so many dank memes that I want to shoutout some honorable mentions that will be receiving the Tank Festival style because I love you guys:
