DomoSapien: So, I need to take the blame for the misinfo about how the crew XP
gets distributed. I don't know why after 7 years of playing I was
under the impression that vehicle XP gets duplicated and then split
up, but FrozenKemp is right: the vehicle XP is duplicated and given
to each crew member. (Unless the crew member is dead at the end of
the battle in which case he received 10% less XP.)
All of THAT said, OP:
Your crew members earn XP at the exact same rate. Putting a female crew member in your vehicle does not affect the rate at which your other crew members receive XP.
Theoretically, the only way a female crew member would affect rate at which the rest of the crew earns XP would be if you trained her as a commander and picked mentor for your first perk. And that would make them gain XP faster, not slower.
