Looking for a Toolbox: Depot used to show me where I left it

DomoSapien:   * if you are aware that you have auto-equip installed, because if you don't, and it's running anyway, you're going to be either extremely confused or convinced that we stole all your equipment next time a major update is released.   I've lost count of the amount of tickets I've replied to during my CS days, with account logs, information etc. showing quite clearly that the auto-equip mod is the cause of a player's missing equipment, only to be called a liar, every time, without fail. The kicker is when you hand-write a super-detailed response and you get "lol nice copy paste reply" back from the player.

Unfortunately "I spent 25 minutes writing the damn thing and am well under my ticket quota as a result but thanks for assuming otherwise!" isn't an appropriate reply.

ElfMagi2 hit the nail on the head, though. I actually wasn't even aware that this used to be possible via the Depot but it perhaps it was removed because it didn't see a lot of use?
