Jokes aside though, not sure what you're referring to with Twitter, we didn't post any codes to Twitter in February. The entire scavenger hunt was run by Community Contributors via their Twitch and Youtube channels. Penultimatum on Reddit was kind enough to keep a megathread up with links to all of the Scavenger Hunt codes and their corresponding channels, and I suspect he or another industrious player will do the same next month.

feedback. Two things we hope to implement next month which should
make it a whole lot more streamlined:
1) Tracking - We're still chatting with the event engineers to determine precisely how we can accomplish this, but ideally we want to have a method for you to track exactly how many codes you've redeemed. There will definitely be some form of tracking, I'm just not 100% sure exactly how robust it will be, yet.
2) Schedule - There will either be a master schedule posted at the beginning of the month, or an article that gets updated daily with information on where you need to go (and at what time) to get the Scavenger Hunt code.
And then sort of a bonus extra point #3) Timing - We plan on having the missions run concurrently with the Scavenger Hunt for the duration of the month. Gathering codes an entire month, only to find out that the codes trigger missions during a weekend where you happen to be busy and can't play WoT? Super unsatisfying. Having the missions run all month will mitigate that.
