DomoSapien:   Well, I used to try and hand-write all my responses but when you've answered 50-100 tickets that day about the exact same thing, you tend to rely on canned responses when possible. Unfortunately sometimes that means firing off the canned response without answering all your questions, which definitely is not ideal. The ticket may have been mishandled, to a degree, since answering all of a player's questions falls under our QA standards.   I'll poke our CS product specialist and ask him to QA the ticket.
