The codes are live. Check our recent Facebook posts, Articles on the World of Tanks website (hint: it's hidden somewhere in one of the recent sales articles), WoT Weekly videos on Youtube
You could also try scrolling through this thread because some cheeky players have already reposted the codes in here
The February Scavenger Hunt Missions will be available during the first week of March (exact dates are pending approval but I should have them next week!) The first February Code is up on XanderP's Twitch Channel, there will be 27 more dropping this month (one per day), which correspond with missions that will be active in March.
