Missing gold from my account! Haven't spent any gold.

These are the Console Forums you're looking for - they will allow you to sign in with your XBL or PSN account.   Sometimes there is an issue with the communication between sony/microsoft's servers and our own which causes some transactions to go missing. Not to worry, Customer Support can assist you by verifying this transaction with Sony or Microsoft (depending on your platform) and once they verify they will be able to deliver the Gold to your account.   You'll want to contact the World of Tanks Console Edition Customer Support Team   Once you sign in with your profile, scroll down and click the red "Contact Support" button to get started with the Ticket Submission process.
