Update 1.3 Common Test #1 Feedback

DomoSapien: Tankers, please leave your feedback for the Update 1.3 Common Test version 1 below. This update includes the introduction of large vehicle decals, balancing tweaks to certain missions under Personal Missions Campaign 2, the new map "Hinterland" as well as balancing tweaks on Fisherman's Bay, Himmelsdorf, Mannerheim Line, and Pilsen.
