Clans Update: Clan Management Quality-of-life changes!

DomoSapien: Hey Tankers, We've got some exciting news to share with you
about Clans. Specifically, Clan management.
Starting October 10th, creating a clan will no longer require players to pay 2,500 Gold. Instead, the new cost for clan creating will be 1,000,000 Credits.
In addition, joining a clan will earn you a pretty sweet set of Camo Patterns for your tanks.
Finally, we are improving clan recruitment! We're adding an in-game clan search function for players who are not currently in a Clan. Clans can choose to allow players to join without approval, as the customary application-and-teamspeak-interview process might be a bit intimidating for some folks
Personally, I'm pretty excited for these changes - most players tend to drastically improve their performance on the battlefield once they join a Clan. Making clans more accessible to less-experienced tankers, and encouraging players to join "Beer and Pretzel" (casual) clans should help more players progress more quickly, and enjoy the game on a competitive level.
