where to go for answers. There a lot of bonehead questions
out there (including some of mine), so I understand when not
responding to everyone. For weeks though, I asked about and
posted that the NA Server didn't get a training discount while
others did. Prior to this past Saturday, we learned that
other servers were getting the discount on Friday. Many posts
went up about it (not just mine) and Meathead's news reel didn't
mention it. We didn't learn until Saturday that there was a
discount ON SATURDAY. A) If you didn't have the Answer,
that's okay - but that's also bad news for us; and B) My post was
read on Friday but not responded to - I guess I will write shorter
posts in the future so that it won't take so long to read them that
WG doesn't have enough time to respond 
PS - When is Tragic going to start WG
streams from the office again? CC's are great, but that Home
Office flair is missing. DomoSapien: Well, I didn't see that thread so I can't really say - but often we
see a question, ask, then don't hear back for a little
while.
Also, keep in mind that not all Server-side events are unified. It's a bit silly sometimes, because if you go on Reddit, sometimes you see a thread to the effect of "Why does WG hate EU, NA gets all the good stuff" and other times you see the opposite.
Each region has global event plans to adhere to but regional event plans as well. If something is a huge point of contention (ie: the 7 year anniversary camo missions a while back) we are happy to advocate on the community's behalf, but we do our best to let our Monetization and Event teams plan stuff out according to their data and models.
We will (hopefully) be ramping up in-house streaming operations in general soon. All of us on the community team have been running Screen Tests and practicing streaming etiquette, etc. with training and feedback from the awesome, ever-so-talented-and-experienced TragicLoss. You should be seeing more of us streaming in general.
We had an in-house stream for our 20th Anniversary last weekend, you can check out the recording in the videos on our twitch channel. (or by clicking that hyperlink!)
