Tier VIII Strongholds Legionnaire limit increased

DomoSapien: Hey everybody, Got some exciting news for you guys! Folks have been asking about this for a while, so I'm happy to announce that the limit on Legionnaires for Tier VIII Strongholds has been increased from 3 to 5 for the NA region.
This change will be effective August 5th, and moving forward up to 5 Legionnaires will be allowed in Tier VIII Stronghold matches.
