Back to the subject at hand: The reason I asked you to submit a ticket for the issue is that, if there is a malfunction causing a discrepancy between the advertised price and the goods contained in the offer, we'd like to get it corrected.
If this has created such a negative experience that you'd prefer not to do business with us altogether, they can also assist you with a refund as long as they can remove the goods that were purchased, and the purchase was made with a refundable payment method (such as a credit/debit card, Paypal, Amazon payments account, etc.)
Nobody is trying to nickel-and-dime you for 500 Gold through false advertising. If there was a mistake, we'll own up to it and get it fixed.
