Tournament payouts are quite the labor-intensive process. We are in the process of getting auto-crediting tools set up that will allow us to automate tournament prizing immediately after the tournament's conclusion, but that is still a work-in-progress.
When workload permits we are able to get them out ahead of time, however we're dealing with quite a few different responsibilities, which is why we do our best to have payouts complete within 1 week of tournament finish.
