One of the Best Replays I've Ever Seen....

DomoSapien: By this replay it's clear that A) Conliver is an experienced tanker and B) He's very comfortable and familiar with the 4202's playstyle.

Personally, I'm hesitant to push out that far from the getgo, but a big part of WOT is taking a few seconds at the beginning of the game to analyze the enemy team composition and figure out the best play. His analysis was top-notch, and the initial push allowed him to do quite a few things: 1) Stopping the bulk of the enemy push from setting up in advantageous positions and controlling his flank. 2) Racking up quite a bit of early-game damage and 3)Putting enough pressure on his flank to allow him an opportunity to fall back and defend base.

I always try to stress the importance of falling back to defend your capture circle. It doesn't matter how well your flank is doing, if your base is about to get capped you'll lose the game anyway. A lot of tankers could learn a thing or two from this replay.
