life, right? Dumbest statement of the year. Congrats.

assumption. That being all people playing this game are equally
"gifted" with fast reflexes, perfect vision, and the ability to
spend hours, if not days, in front of YouTube instructional videos.
First off, people play this game for a large number of reasons, not
everyone plays to get spectacular stats and to be the "champion of
the world" in WOT. For example, some folks play the game just for
the nice graphics and the loud "booms" the tanks and explosions
make. Others play to obtain all the tanks in a certain or all
trees. Others play because they like to hang out with their friends
from school. NONE of those reasons relates to "their capability to
learn and improve". Heck, I would bet the vast majority of players
play just for the "fun factor"...whatever that may be to them.
You are also completely overlooking players who have some
kind of physical handicap and have a maximum level of playabilty
with WOT. They may have hand-eye co-ordination problems. Or they
may even be missing fingers or have problems with their tendons.
And lets not forget a large number of players in this game...senior
citizens. Yes, there may be some spectacular seniors that can play
at green-purple levels. But most likely the opposite is true. None
of these situations "reflects poorly on their decision-making
process". They simply have external reasons for not being able to
play the game well. I don't know how old you are. But I doubt you
are a senior. You have a whole world of crap to look forward to in
your future. If you're like most of us, you'll be happy just to
wake up in the morning and be able to crawl out of bed. I do agree
with one thing you say... "Everything you do reflects on you
as a person, game or not." You post reflects on you. And it doesn't
reflect very well.
DeviouslyCursed: Performance in the game is irrelevant unless you are talking
about game mechanics specifically. The thing that makes them, as I
often put it, ignorant and/or stupid is their inability to know how
to process information, how to watch for their own mind fooling
them, how to objectively evaluate their own claims, and check their
misconceptions. If they aren't aware of the psychological errors,
then it is proven ignorance. If they know about these things but
think they are immune or simply don't care, then it is
stupidity. I get it, sometimes these things can sneak up on
you. But once it has been pointed out, and you refuse to even look
into your claims or find actual support for them, you've crossed a
line. You have now entered Stupidville. And this is not limited to
WoT, or gaming. This applies all through life. So before some
certain prick comes in saying I'm taking the game too seriously, I
have and will point this out to people in other areas, including
real life and even in person.
