If this isn't your intent, then it is your sloppiness with words that is causing the issue. "Whatever RNG uses" implies it is actively doing something specifically to initiate or cause streaks. A better way to say it is "randomness has streaks and its natural variance can limit highs and lows". You say it like that and most aren't going to have a problem with it. You say it like you often do, and people are going to jump on you.
