Same map in a row more often?

DeviouslyCursed: The server only loads so many maps at a time, for a certain amount of time. You only get those maps during that time. After that time expires, a new set of maps is loaded, and you can get those maps for the next time period. I don't know how long the time periods are, nor how many maps are loaded at once.
