DeviouslyCursed:  I have not seen this. Even on my main which had 56-57% win rate, when ever I kept track, it didn't matter. However, since templates became a thing, you actually are bottom tier more often. Has nothing to do with performance, just the fact that there are more bottom tier slots in the template. In other words, even the baddies are bottom tier more often now.
