Anyone else not hearing clicks from using repair/1st aid kits?

I can't hear anything!   Seriously though, I can't remember if mine ever made any noise. I suspect it may be part of a volume slider for your interface, but I think I turned mine down when that annoying death ping was added to enemy tanks, and I never turned if back up.
