For one of the best NSFW mods, search Skyrim + + loot. You
will have to turn down the frequency of traps a lot. That's if you
want to get any type of adventuring done. There's also an
entirely separate game made from Skyrim engine called Enderal. You
can have both Enderal and Skyrim installed at the same time. I
haven't played it yet though.
