Why do Some Argue Against Skill Based MM?

DeviouslyCursed:  The outcome is never fixed. There is always a chance for a win. No matter what bracket you use, there are games where the team that was supposed to win did not. Of the over 40K games I have played. I remember surprisingly few of them (it's like that for everything, think of how many days you've been alive and how few of them you actually remember). But one of the battles that has stuck  with me over the years was the one were my 3 green platoon with all reds and oranges roflstomped a purple platoon and their mostly yellow/green team. I called it from the start, we were going to kill their purps b/c I knew exactly what they were going to do, and surprisingly my team listened. 2-3 mins in they had lost all 3 purples, a green, and a yellow. We had lost one (orange or red, can't remember). Win chance went from sub 20% to over 80%. Your SBMM would never give me a game like that. Just boring snooze fests that I'll never remember.
