Why do Some Argue Against Skill Based MM?

I picked 2 out of 15 teamates. That's not 1/5 of my team. AND the random mm still put way more skill on my team then the enemy team - we had 6 good players, the enemy had 1. Under sbmm, each team would have had 3 or 4 good players. -
Yeah, but you can't complain about getting beat by an equal opponent. "hey, we had 5 good players, they had 5 good players, and we lost boo hoo". Sound stupid, is stupid, and people wouldn't complain about it....
DeviouslyCursed: 1. You usually triple platoon, so that is 1/5. 2.
Intelligence isn't a requirement for posting, so yes, you will
still have people whining about losing, people too stupid to
understand blowouts will still happen even with perfectly balanced
teams, and people will still make "it's rigged!" posts except
with SBMM, they'd be correct just about the wrong part: the games
would be rigged, but RNG would still be impartial. 3. I'm sure
you would still make your share of stupid posts also. Someone who
understands statistics as poorly as you will still find something
to be wrong about.
