DeviouslyCursed: If you think you have a point, realize that rerolls can easily get better stats than their veteran accounts. If what you're saying is true, rerolling shouldn't be a thing. Why give up the "massive" advantage of experienced crews? Also why do all these veterans with such experienced crews still lose hard and can't even get above 50% recent win rates? All of this speaks to the perceived advantage not being nearly as big as you are attempting to portray it as. It's really only going to be a factor when playing competitively, or when players very close in skill are going head to head. Not to mention, WG has made it so much easier to skill up crews than back in the day.
