Does win ratio tell the whole stat story?

But i told you why, you went for higher dmg i ground every tank from stock. I would go 1 further and guess that you are a reroll not that you asked. I think you went quickly through tiers learned the game rerolled knowing that you PR will be higher with more dmg and you thought your winrate will be higher. But yet your winrate is not satisfactory to you. Ergo your question look at me look at my PR yet my winrate so "low," Your answer RNG.   Anyway enjoy the game.
