what?... greens? ... is huge. I don't think there's enough
blue+purple to make it work, so you'd have to include greens at
least. Then there's the issue of "what if you are on the edge
of the 2 divisions?" On one side you get to be top dog, bump up too
far and you get hosed by being bottom. There would be an incentive
to just throw games until you're back to being top dog in the
bottom division again. One solution would be for MM to pick a
rating for the match, and allow players to enter based on a
threshold or range. No divisions, but you generally never play
against players outside a certain range. However, I still think
there's not enough upper players in NA, so the upper range would
have to be large. So probably doesn't fix the issue. Maybe
have a thing where as queue time mounts, the range increases to
bring players in to fill the slots.
