ChrisK: Chaos, I totally agree with you on that - and I'm not trying to defend that decision. I have recommended otherwise as an advocate of the players, but it is not my decision to make. What I am trying to clarify, is that the broken node causing the lag spikes due to packet loss is not within our power to fix, since it's not ours (and in fact, we can't "sue" them for the loss, any more than you can).

The spotting (when it's not due to lag), matchmaking, and balance. That's all us bro, and we're working on it.
