"No Compensation for unplayable services"

ChrisK: Not really trying to be sarcastic, but it is apparent that some people don't understand that we are about as responsible for Level 3's performance as they are and may need a simpler analogy. It's a part of the internet that is in between the player and the server. Unfortunately, because the broken part is near our host, it bottles up traffic for a large part of our customers. I wouldn't know how to contact Level 3 to complain, or how much effect that would actually have, but it would likely be more productive than complaining in here to other players. If we could fix it ourselves, it would have been fixed already!
