ChrisK: This is like going to Disney World and demanding a refund because
they are open 10-10 and you left at 9 and got stuck in a 2-hour
traffic jam along the way and missed an hour. The Internet
backbone, like the roads, are not controlled by us. The "roads" are
clear on our end, and we expect they are clear on your end as well.
If the stoplight is broken downtown, it's not our fault; however,
we are trying to find alternate routes to help your travel go more
smoothly. The fact that it broke right around the time of our patch
has turned out to be a bad coincidence. We're continuing to work
the issue, but there is little we can do about Level3 - they're not
our provider, and not even a provider to our provider! Perhaps if
you all sent emails to Level3 to ask them to fix their routing
point, that might actually get more results than blaming your
destination for the state of the roads...
