WOT Support is no good they are trash 0 star, 0 rating

CatStalker: Hey Tankkin, I understand it's frustrating not having access to your account but I can assure you that support will address your ticket as soon as they are able to.   It's important to note that once you send in a ticket, you should not 'bump' it in the system unless you have new information to add, as each new reply to the ticket will move it to the back of the queue again.
