Why spend hours of labor a month going through logs to make reports just so meaningless numbers can be given out?
Resources and work time aren't unlimited.
The difference you're asking for is us saying "Yes we punished 60 accounts this month that broke the rules" instead of "Yes we punished accounts this month that broke the rules". but does that even mean anything different?
