Unexpected purchase confirmation emails

If you have received an email notification by support@worldoftanks.com please do not be alarmed!
Anyone who made any sort of purchase from April 1-20 did not receive a confirmation email from our system.
The system held on to the messages, and finally sent them all out yesterday (April 21st).
These emails are NOT fraudulent, but are about real payments users made in the past three weeks.
This glitch is being looked into so we can figure out why it happened in the first place.
