Marbakka, on Jun 05 2014 - 09:29, said: Isn't it annoying when your team's ranking is unknown until several
days later because it was dependent on the results of another match
and the scores aren't entered for at least 24 hours? In the Open
League last season, there were a few folks who would share results
via PMs, but it was a small minority of teams doing so. For the
most part, everyone had to twiddle their thumbs and wait for
results to be posted (and I'm not complaining about Dance/Judo here
as they do their best with what sounds like an awfully tedious web
system). A suggestion for teams in the Bronze league
this season: Surely someone on each team has a Twitter account? If
so, then have that person tweet the results of the match with the
hashtag #WGLNABronze. Something like this: Subversion 2:1 Lincoln
Brigade #WGLNABronze (huehuehue) I live in Alabama
where football is the obsession, and I've noticed that a large
number of high school football scores get shared this way. If it
works for insane football fans, surely it can work for us too?Captain_Judo: Love the idea Marbakka. But I want to point out that this
season we're introducing a new interface for the Gold, Silver and
Bronze leagues that includes automated results and standings.
