Question though, in the above quote you state that TDs and
SPGs are not allowed, but on the tournament page the tank type box
shows green marks for LTs, MTs, TDs, and SPGs up through tier 3.

meant to be straight tier 3s across the board. And you
nailed it, this is simply a skirmish at a much earlier time. It's
intended as a single event and not a series. But we'll see how
things go.
