The schedule states the group stage 2, playoffs, and finals will all occur tonight.
Group stage 2 starts at 6PT.  9 Teams per group = 8 battles per team.  8 Battles x 15 minutes (10 match + 5 break) = 2 hours.
Playoffs/Semis start at: 710PT (1hour of group stage play would still be left @ this start time)
Finals start: 815PT.  (This would technically start 5 min after group stage 2 ends [last battle starts at 8PT])
Between group stages and playoffs we are way off on a time here.  I think 810PT for semi's and 915PT for finals are the correct times? Or so I hope.
