if prize is pool for teams (like currently is, again, as was last year), the members of smaller teams get better reward. (and last year there was allowed to do roster change at the mid of tournament, those roster change were not anounced at the start of tournament, so there was no real merit to earn more gold per player (on smaller teams) and was a bit unfair to teams with more players.
thats why i do this proposal of change the reward to a FIXED prize PER PLAYER. no mather how much players a team has each member should earn same no mather if team is 8 or 20 members.

We will allow a reshuffling of rosters at the end of the first qualifying round. This will include some provisions which we will make clear before the close of registration. We think it's fair as it's equally offered to all teams.
