Captain_Judo: I strongly recommend sending a PM to any team captain who's team is
short of the minimum player requirements. Often times, teams are
short only one or two players to meet the eligibility requirements
for participation. You can visit the registration link and sort the teams
by "number of participants" to locate these teams in need of just a
few players.
